These Terms govern your use of the GUIDU mobile app, the GUIDU web app and guidu.world (together, the "Service"), provided by LikelightAi ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
GUIDU is a travel guide that shows information about attractions and restaurants and can read narration aloud using your device's text-to-speech. The Service is free to download and use, and is supported by advertising.
Narration, opening hours, admission fees, transport details and restaurant information are provided for general reference and may be incomplete or out of date. Please confirm important details with official sources before relying on them. Ratings, reviews and real-time opening status are provided by third-party map apps, not by us.
Location features require your permission and are processed on your device. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service displays ads. Optional purchases, such as removing ads, are sold through Google Play or the App Store. The price and duration of each purchase are shown before you buy. Payment, billing and refunds are handled by the store under its own policies.
The Service links to or uses third-party services, including map apps (Google Maps, Naver Map, KakaoMap), Wikipedia and app stores. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
The app, its design and its narration text are owned by LikelightAi. Images and data from third parties, such as the Korea Tourism Organization (Korea Open Government License) and Wikimedia Commons (Creative Commons), are used under their respective licenses. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial travel purposes. You may not copy, scrape, extract or redistribute our content, or reverse engineer the Service to do so, without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including interfering with its operation, attempting to access it by unauthorized means, or submitting false or abusive content through feedback features.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its accuracy or availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
We may update the Service and these Terms. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the effective date on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

GUIDU는 명소와 음식점 정보를 보여주고, 기기의 음성합성(TTS) 기능으로 해설을 읽어주는 여행 가이드입니다. 서비스는 무료로 내려받아 이용할 수 있으며 광고로 운영됩니다.
해설, 운영시간, 입장료, 교통편, 음식점 정보는 일반적인 참고용이며 불완전하거나 최신이 아닐 수 있습니다. 중요한 정보는 공식 출처에서 확인한 뒤 이용하십시오. 평점·리뷰·실시간 영업 여부는 회사가 아닌 외부 지도앱이 제공합니다.
위치 기능은 이용자의 허용이 필요하며 기기 안에서 처리됩니다. 자세한 처리 방식은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
서비스에는 광고가 표시됩니다. 광고 제거 등 선택적 구매는 Google Play 또는 App Store를 통해 판매되며, 각 상품의 가격과 이용 기간은 구매 전에 표시됩니다. 결제·청구·환불은 각 스토어의 정책에 따라 스토어가 처리합니다.
서비스는 지도앱(구글 지도, 네이버 지도, 카카오맵), 위키백과, 앱 스토어 등 외부 서비스로 연결되거나 이를 이용합니다. 해당 서비스의 이용에는 각 서비스의 약관과 정책이 적용되며, 회사는 그 내용이나 가용성에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
앱, 디자인 및 해설 텍스트의 권리는 회사에 있습니다. 한국관광공사(공공누리), 위키미디어 공용(크리에이티브 커먼즈) 등 제3자의 이미지와 데이터는 각 라이선스에 따라 이용됩니다. 이용자는 개인적·비상업적 여행 목적으로 서비스를 이용할 수 있으며, 회사의 서면 허락 없이 콘텐츠를 복제·수집(스크래핑)·추출·재배포하거나 이를 위해 서비스를 역설계할 수 없습니다.
이용자는 서비스 운영을 방해하거나, 허가되지 않은 방법으로 접근을 시도하거나, 피드백 기능을 통해 허위·악의적 내용을 제출하는 등 서비스를 부정하게 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 회사는 서비스의 정확성이나 가용성을 보증하지 않으며, 서비스 이용으로 발생한 간접적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 본 약관은 관련 소비자보호 법령에 따른 이용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
회사는 서비스와 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 약관의 중요한 내용을 변경하는 경우 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신합니다. 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다.
